Description

Spelt pasta is much appreciated for its mild, nutty aroma. The popular mini spiral-shaped pasta, also known as "Cellentani", is also ideal for eating with a spoon. Enjoy with creamy sauces or in casseroles and pan-fried pasta dishes. Made with spelt and free-range eggs from Austria.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Preparation:

  • For every 100 g of pasta, take 1 L of water.
  • Bring the water to the boil and salt generously.
  • Add the desired amount of pasta to the boiling water and stir occasionally while cooking.
  • After about 5 minutes, the pasta is cooked to an al dente consistency.
  • Drain the pasta and serve.
