Description

The "Gladio" variety of rice has a mild flavour and grows extra slender grains. The rice comes from the fertile Po Valley in northern Italy where the rice fields are irrigated with fresh mountain water from the Alps. Despite its smooth surface, it sticks easily together after it's been cooked and absorbs sauces well. It is the perfect rice for modern creations!
