Description

Get out your mixing bowls and start baking! Whip up a delicious loaf of wholesome banana bread in a jiffy with this Oat & Spelt Banana Bread baking mix. Your children will not only enjoy eating it - they will also love baking it. The mix is of course also plant-based, takes just 10 minutes to prepare and is sugar-free.

Additional ingredients required:

400 g peeled bananas	400 g peeled bananas
150 g plain yoghurt	70 ml oat drink
1 egg	79 g neutral oil
3 tbsp neutral oil (e.g. sunflower or rapeseed oil)

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat
Grease a loaf tin (approx. 25 cm).
Mash the peeled bananas well with a fork.
Mix the contents of the packet with the mashed bananas and the remaining ingredients listed above using a hand mixer to make a batter.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf tin and smooth it out.
Bake for around 45 minutes at 180°C on the middle shelf.
Allow it to cool in the tin for around 10 minutes. Then take it out of the tin and rest it on a wire rack to cool completely.
