Ingredients:

| 1 egg | 1 Pumpkin Organics squeeze pouch |
| 200 ml milk or oat drink | 200 ml oat drink |
Method of preparation:
- Add the above ingredients to the baking mix and whisk together until well combined.
- Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat
- Drop ladlefuls of the batter on to the heated pan.
- Once bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
