Ingredients:

200 ml milk or oat drink	200 ml oat drink

Method of preparation:

Add the above ingredients to the baking mix and whisk together until well combined.
Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat
Drop ladlefuls of the batter on to the heated pan.
Once bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
