An aromatic sour apple juice is extracted from local Austrian apples. This is fermented into a cider through natural vinegar fermentation, creating an unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Unfiltered and unpasteurized - this makes a highly valued natural product for use in food. The vinegar can also be mixed with mineral water and sweetened with honey for a refreshing drink.
