It is an old pear variety with small yieldings, but enormously aromatic fruit and with lots of nutrient density. Werner Retter has been a pioneer in producing this old pear variety for years. With its exquisite juices and noble brandies, the Retter name is known far beyond the borders of the park. Retter has managed to process these high-quality fruits and refine them with amazing technique.

The "Original Retter Snow Pear Traditional Noble Brandy" is stored in Acacia barrels for at least 5 years. There, it develops its intense, youthful pear bouquet with a fine touch of green peppers and a sensational freshness, cleanness, and brilliant aroma.
