Description
Fresh cabbage leaves are pickled with vinegar and salt according to a traditional recipe, then packed into these jars. The pickling process gives the cabbage a pleasantly sour taste. Season them to your taste with pepper, paprika, caraway and other spices!
The hearty leaves are great for making cabbage rolls and are an excellent accompaniment to dishes with pork, beef or minced meat.
