This accessory for the "Pasta Fresca" pasta machine is a high-quality attachment for making spaghetti.
Spaghetti is one of the most popular types of pasta. They are long, thin and round with a diameter of 2 mm. To obtain the desired thickness, the dial setting setting recommended on the pasta machine is 4.

The aluminium rollers have a slightly roughened surface which results in making pasta with a slightly rougher surface. This helps sauces adhere better.

Assembly:
