Marcato Atlas 150 Attachment Reginette 12 mm, Dough thickness 12mm

With the accessory for the Reginette type of pasta, the pasta dough is processed into beautiful, long pieces with a width of 12mm. The specialty of this variety is the beautiful wavy edge that gives the pasta something fairytale. This Neapolitan specialty is also called Mafaldine and goes perfectly with spicy sauces and refined dishes.

Additional Information:

• The accessories for the Atlas 150 are made of chrome steel. The roller of the Reginette attachment is made of polyethylene and the cutting blades are made of steel.
• The attachment can be easily and quickly installed on the Atlas 150 models. For safety reasons, the Mafaldine, Pappardelle and Reginette attachments can ONLY be operated by HAND (the motor cannot be used here).
