The perfect accessory for the Atlas 150 pasta machine.
For great culinary results and experiences!

The pappardelle, also called wide ribbon noodles, have a flat pasta format with a diameter of 50 mm. The recommended thickness of the dough sheet is knob position 6 on the pasta machine.
To be on the safe side, you should only use it by hand, not with the Pastadrive motor.

The pasta can absorb the sauces more easily because of the imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers
The aluminium rollers are anodised, so no particles can be released even after countless uses
Easy assembly on the pasta machine

Maintenance:
Easy cleaning thanks to removable combs. Clean with a cloth or brush. Do not put in the dishwasher.
