What is Coconut Purée?
Coconut purée is derived from the direct harvesting of the entire coconut pulp. The pulp is carefully dried and ground to a fine coconut purée. WITHOUT artificial flavouring. To ensure its high quality it is then filled into glass jars in Germany.
Taste & Inspire
By adding warm water (1:5 ratio) to the coconut purée, a delicious and wonderfully nutty coconut milk is created. Coconut purée can also be used as a spread (coconut butter).
