Flower nectar from natural acacia forests is used to produce this fine honey with a particularly mild, delicate aroma. It is sourced from EU and non-EU countries and is versatile in use. The acacia honey with spring blossoms does not tend to crystallise quickly. The liquid honey goes particularly well in tea and can also be used to sweeten yoghurt, muesli and desserts.
