Description
Oak wood has many great properties and is therefore used in a wide variety of ways. Smoking with oak wood s very popular because of its intense and full-bodied smoky aroma. The wood is natural, untreated and air-dried.

- Processed & packed by hand
Recommendation: Oak smoking chunks are particularly suitable for beef, pork and poultry.

Additional Information
How to use: Before using, soak the chunks in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and place the chunks on glowing charcoal. This releases the aromatic smoke from the wood chunks which is transferred to the food being grilled.
