Greenomic Pasta Kit - Pappardelle with Mushrooms

1. Cook pasta until al dente (11-13 min).
2. In the meantime, heat the tomato and porcini mushroom sauce in a pan.
3. Drain the firm pasta, add to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese to taste and serve.

The tomato sauce is made with porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis) and classic ingredients like onion, garlic and parsley.
