Genuss am See Pepper Chili Pesto

This pesto rocks any trendy grill night or party and makes grilled meat or barbecued cheese hellishly good, but is not as wild as it sounds. The fruitiness of chili shows off the maturity of the cheese to better advantage. It is perfect for raclette or fondue - always party ready.

Culinary suggestion:
Excellent with lamb or on roasted potato slices and grilled cheese.
