This naturally leavened Colomba by Galup is a soft and irresistible Easter cake speciality from Italy. This version does not contain candied citrus peel but is enriched with dark, milk and white chocolate drops, which add a wonderful flavour and aroma to the soft and airy cake. A fine hazelnut glaze topped with sugar sprinkles and whole almonds adds a crunchy, refined finish. A wonderful addition to your festive Easter meal.
