I have bought in the past this type of rolling pin with little joy in getting a good print on the biscuit dough. But these are absolutely brilliant ! Couldn't fault it. It did say they were deeper in the carving of the pattern so clearly this is why it was a success. I used the recipe that came with it. Delicious definitely recommend in buying this.
