Description
Tip: Spread slices of white bread with the herbal pesto and bake briefly in the oven. A great accompaniment to salads (asparagus salad)!
Recommendation: For pasta, cheese, fish dishes, or just on bread.
Fink's Cooking Tip:
Porcini Spaghettini
Boil spaghettini in salted water until al dente, meanwhile clean the mushrooms and thinly slice them, peel garlic and do the same. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, lightly fry mushrooms and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Then toss the still hot pasta and herb pesto with this blend. Season to taste, sprinkle with parmesan and possibly fresh herbs and serve.
