The flavour of tonka beans can be described as a combination of vanilla, marzipan and caramel. Organic Exotic Temptation Tonka Bean Sugar is therefore the perfect flavour to add to desserts. The coarse texture can be used just like cinnamon sugar. Add it to panna cotta, rice pudding, ice cream, parfaits, jams, hot drinks or sweet pastry fillings. Elevate any dish to a culinary delicacy with a dusting of this aromatic sugar.
The metal can contains 90 g tonka bean sugar. The product cotnains raw cane sugar and 2% tonka beans. All ingredients are organic.
