Die Käsemacher Grated Seasoned Cheese - Peppery

This peppery cheese is well seasoned and is slightly spicy. The hard cheese was matured for weeks before it was finely grated. The cheese is made with both sheep's milk and goat's milk, giving it a balanced flavour.

The spiciness comes from a hearty pinch of pepper, paprika and garlic. The creamy cheese is ideal for sprinkling on top of risotto, pasta, steamed vegetables, egg dishes and much more!

Tip: the cheese is great in spreads and can be used to accent any pesto recipes!
