Die Käsemacher Grated Seasoned Cheese - Mediterranean

This wonderfully flavourful hard cheese was seasoned with Mediterranean spices, matured for weeks, then finely grated. It's made of 45 percent sheep's milk and 45 percent goat's milk, which means that its flavours are well-balanced.

• Thanks to typical Mediterranean spices like basil, oregano, tomato flakes and garlic, the cheese is lovely on hearty dishes.
• Sprinkling the cheese over hot dishes makes it creamy. It's perfect for sprinkling over risotto, pasta, steamed vegetables, egg dishes and much more.
