Description
This cranberry jam by Darbo is made according to an old family recipe - perfect for breakfast or as a baking or cooking ingredient. High-quality fruit, sugar, lemon juice concentrate and pectin (a gelling agent) are gently heated and stirred to make the jam. This process preserves the exquisite taste and aroma of the wild cranberries in the jam.
