Haritaki - Terminalia chebula, is an evergreen tree up to 20 metres tall with egg-shaped leaves, white flowers and small five-winged yellow to orange-brown drupes, which are used in Ayurvedic nutrition.

Nutritional supplement made from plant parts with secondary plant substances (polyphenols)
Organic Haritaki Churna tickles the taste buds with its combination of tart, sweet, sour, bitter and spicy flavours.

Recommended dose:
Take 4 scoops twice daily between meals.

Preparation:

  Since we are based in Austria, there shouldn't be additional taxes applied under EU law. Since the Brexit is in the process of going through, it would be best to check with customs in the UK to be sure.
