Description

This 2018 white wine has a light and clear, yellow-green colour. It has a delightful floral aroma with fruity nuances such as pears and green apples. It is rounded out with a touch of lemon balm. Enjoy this fine wine on your balcony or patio on a warm summer evening.

This wine was produced in collaboration with winemaking pioneer Miquel Gelbert at the Finca Bodegas Ca's Beato in northeastern Mallorca.

Serving temperature: 3-5°C

Pairs well with starters, grilled fish and rice dishes.
