Description
Chestnut honey is different: it contains numerous mineral salts and is therefore popular with athletes. It tastes less sweet than other honey varieties and can be added to savoury dishes such as salad dressings, marinades and glazes as an ingredient. It is also perfect as a component of a cheese platter. It is a great baking ingredient to have in the pantry due to its fine, tangy aromas and distinctive taste. It can also be used to sweeten tea and can be used as a spread. A delicious honey in the finest organic quality.
