This unique cutting tool is the Rolls Royce of cheese slicer. The flexible slicer blade can be easily adjusted to cut thick or thin slices of cheese. Ideal for semi-hard or very hard cheeses. The cheese slicer has a plastic handle and the blade is made of stainless steel with a special anti-stick function so that the individual slices do not stick.
