Fine organic wholegrain spelt flour with its typical nutty aroma is the star ingredient in these cookies. They are sweetened exclusively with Birkengold® xylitol, a natural sweetener obtained from the bark of beech and birch trees. These delicious cookies can be taken anywhere, even on hot days - a nutritious treat for the whole family.
