Description
Couscous has now established itself in many nutrition-conscious kitchens. Thanks to its versatility, it can be easily processed, for example as a delicious filling or into crispy balls and patties. Its slightly nutty taste is also valued as an aromatic side dish or as a salad base. An ideal candidate for creative everyday culinary delights!
Tip: Before you add water to couscous, toss it briefly in hot butter until it begins to smell nutty. Then deglaze with water or soup as usual and cook until soft.
