Arche Naturküche Organic Winter Pudding

Winter Pudding by Arche is the perfect sweet snack to enjoy while sitting at a window and watching the snow falling outside. Also guaranteed to perk you up on grey, rainy afternoons.

Fine chocolate flakes and cocoa along with aromatic cinnamon, coriander and cardamom provide cosy warmth.

Preparation:

• 1 pack. Arche Winter Pudding
• 500 ml milk or vegan plant drink for a vegan preparation
• 2 tbsp sweetener of your choice (adjust the amount to taste)

1. Mix 6 tablespoons of the milk or plant-based drink with the sweetener.
2. Add the pudding powder and mix until smooth.
3. Bring the rest of the liquid (milk or vegan alternative) to the boil and take it off the heat.
4. Stir in the pudding mixture and place the saucepan back on the hob.
5. Bring the pudding to the boil again under constant stirring.
6. Ladle into serving bowls. To turn it out on dessert plates to serve, rinse the bows or moulds out with cold water before filling with the pudding.
7. Let cool for at least two hours before serving.
