Arche Naturküche Organic Wakame, 40 g

Arche Organic Wakame are dried seaweed that can be added to soups, salads and vegetable dishes for a pleasant aroma. It is in bite-size strips and ready to use.

Note: All seaweed used in Arche products are regularly checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content. For more information on the consumption of seaweed please refer to the section below.
Arche Organic Wakame are sourced from ecological collection and are dried very gently. They are otherwise untreated and completely natural. As a result, a white coating of crystallised salt can form on the wakame strips and does not represent a defect in the quality.

Preparation:

1. Rinse the wakame in a colander or sieve under running water.
2. Then soak in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes.
3. Drain and throw away the soaking water - do not use it for cooking!
4. Boil the wakame in fresh water for 2 minutes.
5. Drain again and serve.

This method of preparation also reduces the iodine content of the wakame.
