Description

Panna Cotta without gelatine - a dream come true for vegans and vegetarians! You can now enjoy this scrumptious Italian dessert without any animal ingredients with the organic panna cotta powder by Arche. Coconut blossom sugar gives the delicate vanilla cream an additional, slightly caramelly flavour nuance.

Ingredients for vegan panna cotta:

  • 1 pack of Arche Organic Panna Cotta
  • 250 ml plant drink (e.g. soy drink)
  • 250 ml vegetable cream substitute

Ingredients for vegetarian panna cotta:

  • 1 pack of Arche Organic Panna Cotta
  • 300 ml cream
  • 200ml milk

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the powder with the liquid ingredients well until it is smooth and lump-free.
  2. Bring to the boil in a saucepan.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or a serving dish. Tip: If you want to turn out the panna cotta after it has cooled, rinse the bowls/moulds with cold water before filing with panna cotta.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
