Description
The bamboo shoots by Arche are perfectly crunchy and are a great addition to Asian salads or stir-fried dishes with rice. Since they are preserved in a light brine made with sea salt, the pleasantly mild taste of the shoots is retained.
Preparation: Drain the bamboo shoots and add them before serving. Please do not cook.
