  • Macho Muchacho: a medium-spicy rub that includes chilli, cumin and paprika, for authentic Tex-Mex BBQ. The rub can also be used to season tacos, burritos, chili con carne and other Tex-Mex dishes.
  • Pull that Piggy: this slightly spicy mixture turns pork neck or shoulder into classic pulled pork.
  • Hamburg Gunpowder: the jack of all trades rub can be used for poultry, pork and lamb, as well as vegetables and grilled cheese. The mixture owes its spicy, smoky scent to the smoked paprika, black and white pepper it contains.
