Description
Due to the kamut flour and the fresh free range eggs, this pasta is easy to digest. Kamut flour has a slightly sweet to hearty, nutty taste. Thanks to the rough surface and the special shape, the pasta can absorb more sauce after cooking than conventional pasta.
- The cooking time is 6-7 minutes.
