Description
Radicchio is one of the most highly prized agricultural products in the Veneto region and pairs perfectly with mature speck (a type of bacon) from Trentino. This creamy sauce combines the slightly bitter notes of radicchio with the salty notes of cured, matured speck and is wonderfully bound together by a soft salty béchamel sauce. A delicious sauce with authentic Italian flavours to serve with all kinds of pasta. It is also a delicious sauce for lasagne and to serve with crostini as finger food.
