Organic Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI is a balanced balsamic vinegar made from grape must and wine vinegar. The velvety organic vinegar from the Reggio Emilia province of Italy has a high grape must content (55%) which gives it a sweet, fruity taste with a subtle bitter note.
