Description
The creative vinegars Fully matured and freshly harvested fruit are collected from the best orchards and freshly, carefully pressed. The juice is carefully fermented and matured offering a full fruity and powerful taste with a delicate acidity.
Made from the juice of fresh, ripe raspberries this vinegar is the perfect dressing for light leaf salads in combination with walnut oil. It also does great justice with celery and nuts, or in a waldorf salad. Another use for the raspberry balsamic vinegar is adding flavor to exotic dishes or seafood.

Asparagus salad with mushrooms
Marinate cooked asparagus with raspberry vinegar and grape seed oil and cook on a low setting, then serve sprinkled with finely sliced mushrooms, parsley and walnuts.
